The church in Choctaw can move forward if we are willing to work in these areas and PRAYING. There are already many areas of service to our Lord already in this place. Each and every work of service is really valuable. The purpose of this article is to focus on the three areas of previously discussed with the addition of praying for our Lord’s help for their success since they are what He wants from us.

Let’s pray that we:

• Stimulate each other to love and good works not forsaking the assembling together
• Go, make disciples, baptizing, teaching them to obey what Jesus commanded
•  Encourage one another

Jesus said, “I am with you always, even unto the end of the age (Matthew 28:20). The presence of the Lord assures power, stability and success, the work of His Church.

“Without Him we can do nothing”
(John 15:5)

With Him there is nothing that shall be impossible to the Christian
(Philippians 4:13)

“For it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure.”
(Philippians 2:13)

Our prayers all begin with us individually, our families, every member of the Lord’s family, and the works of service as we Rebuild, Reach out and Encourage each other. We are all a team working together to serve our Lord. We desperately need the Lord’s help!!!

We’re asking that each take at least a few minutes each day to pray for the Lord’s help for Rebuilding, Reaching Out and Encouraging each other. Please let this become a daily habit. This praying would fit so very well if we all would also read from the Bible ourselves and with our family when possible.
